Reduce joint pain while study: Ergonomics

Ever felt that while you are studying for long hours while preparing for exam you start to have back pain or neck pain! that pain does not even go away without pain medication or after few hours of rest!
This condition is preventable. Ergonomics is the word used to denote a set of rules regarding body positioning and the design of chair or/and table and others things which reduce strain on the body and lead to pain free posture.
I will be specific about the study ergonomics here.

  1. This is really nice thing. It is very important to be in right posture while sitting on chair but we usually neglect this & always be in bending position when studying or doing any work on computer while sitting on chair. Ergonomics is very useful study. Thanks for sharing this information.

  3. It's really best to get a comfortable chair at the office furniture in NYC so that you can work or study better. Your posture also helps so sit up straight.
